This inimitable guitar has EVERYTHING a vintage PRS addict could dream of — Vintage Yellow finish, Stamped T&B pickups, Brazilian board, sweet switch, and (the cherry on top) she’s a double-digit Signature.

One of only 25 made in 1986 (number 26 is dated 1987), these really do epitomise the hand crafted PRS guitars of this era … I understand that PRS bought back numbers 1, 2 & 3 himself for his museum (!) meaning there are maybe 22 in circulation … so how many are for sale in the UK/ Europe?

Starting in 1986, the Signature Models were designed by Paul Reed Smith to showcase his highest levels of craftsmanship. To this day they remain the high-water mark for collectors of vintage PRSi. This one is offered with the super rare blue lined case of the 85/87 period, these sell for upwards of $1300 on their own these days!
